The CFO II features a hand ground blade by Anthony Marfione and Tony Marfione Jr. with mirror finished grinds and satin flats. The blade on this single action out-the-front automatic knife fires with a push of the front mounted firing button and is released by the liner-lock style tab, followed by a pull of the black finished charging handle at the base. Marfione dagger logo on the front of the aluminum handle.
