This auto is an early to mid 1990s auto knife model built in ITALY and was a civilian version of the East German Secret Police Model being built at the time.



A divergence in design for the Italian maker the knife utilized the standard leaf spring drive and the adapted back lock and that was housed in the USA Black Knife format with all metal components in a rounded out frame that would have a higher survival probability under stress and were more suited for combat.

The handle is multi component with 2 alloy scales that are painted in black and green gloss. Inside there is stainless steel and brass which can be accounted for in the total weight of 8.4 ounces inside of a knife that is just 4.5" in the closed position - ideal for a deadly closed knife closed fist strike with the knife's small size almost completely concealed in the hand.
