Limited Edition Combat Bounty Custom from Microtech. These are Tanto 144 models ultra limited edition.
Lots of work goes into these with the tri-tone blade that is apocalyptic finish for the large flats, satin on the high portion and black cerakote for the vented blood groove. The pattern milled handles are anodized then put back together and distressed one at a time along with the clips before being assembled with the red Cerakote hardware.
