Derek Munroe has teamed up with Marfione Custom Knives to collaborate on building a custom Sigil, a long time signature model from Mr. Munroe who has been making knives since 1984. The Custom Sigil has all the fine style touches developed by Munroe over the years coupled with Tony's mastery of custom knife building, including the tri-angle fasteners and spring loaded pocket clip first seen on the Tachyon 3. The Sigil is equipped with a flipper style blade deployment along with a large thumb hole in the wharncliffe style blade. The lock bar style mechanism should be familiar to Microtech fans by now it has been refined and developed and works effortlessly on the sized folder.











Each custom from the Marfione shop includes the presentation box, metal certificate of authenticity and zip pouch.


This piece is part of the legendary Marfione House Collection. This collection was a very special treasure trove of knives and related gear built by Marfione from the mid 90s to 2018 and contained many prototypes and one offs in addition to the coveted serial 003 knives. The entire collection totaled over 1500 pieces. This is just about one of every unique knife ever built at Microtech and Marfione Custom Knives. Owning a piece from this storied collection is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy, share and be a part of the preservation of these amazing pieces.
