From ABS Mastersmith Bruce D Bump this Formula One (F1) is a fantastic assisted opening knife. This F1 has a Titanium Frame with Carbon Fiber Inlays. The blade is CPM-Magnacut. The Assisted Opening system is unique and opens smoothly on roller bearing thrust washers.

An ABS Mastersmith doing a knife like this is something you don’t see everyday. It has a titanium frame that can be heat colored or anodized, the scales are replaceable. I chose carbon fiber for weight reduction. The lock is like no other, the blade must be pushed in before it will unlock. With 2 minutes of practice the assisted opener spring will snap the blade open like a switch blade thanks to roller bearing thrust washers. Ambidextrous pocket clip can be used or removed for a lanyard. All pins and screws are standardized so this knife can be serviced for many years of work.
