This tactical self defense pen from Boker Plus is an ingenious design by Rainer Wenning and knifemaker Thomas Braunagel. It features a "bolt action" mechanism. The "click" open and close is quite fun, making this a tough one to put down. The body of the CID .45 CAL is black hardcoat anodized CNC milled aluminum. The pen head is flat, which provides an ideal thumb rest for self defense use. The Clip Integrated Design (CID) is a minimalist and sturdy way to take this pen on the go.
