These are old we're not sure how old but Mr Beltrame brought them by in January. They were likely made by his father but are only marked B INOX Rostfrei. THe bolsters are solid brass.
28CM / 11" is the larger sized frame and blade.


This is a fully auto leaf spring fired classic style design meaning once the blade is in the open and locked position, you pivot the top bolster out to unlock and close the blade.
